pay your life forward

Stella McCartney.    Just saw a nice documentary on her.   What an inspirational woman!    Some of her truths she was passing on - so simple, so common -- but she gives a real life example of them.

 - be true to yourself.     some of her greatest  (and there was mention of Ed Ruscha - so his greatest) achievements have resulted when she and he really stuck to their guns.      really follow thru with something if you have an idea about it.     Ruscha was saying that there will always be a fresh angle to give in art.     working in print a bit - we used this technique of recycling parts of old ideas into new.         It is just the same with science, taking what you know, and investigating a certain slant - combining your expertise.....     so beautiful, I could go on and on.     But the message is to not sell out to anything that is strictly against your constitution on the matter at hand.

- perspiration.    again, McCartney truly exemplifies another who is so driven, so interested in what she is doing to keep at it.     Live it, speak it, breathe it.  Be it.     It has to be something you love.      It has to be you, innate, organically within. (which alludes back to (what I am terming) her first truth).

 - reach out.   if you admire another's work, tell them.    Investigate their techniques, learn from successes.    If there is an idea, or one needs advice, reach out, directly ask or communicate, put it out there - - - seek to communicate.   be brave.     what have you to loose?

 - if there is a way to do things to improve or benefit society, incorporate it in your work!   we are our neighbors keeper.   Help eachother.   Spread positivity, light, and peace.
